Sage ACT Contact Form Integration (Proposal Verbiage)

If your client wants to integrate a “Sage ACT Contact Form” into their website, you can use the following verbiage in your proposal or statement of work.

It is understood you would like to incorporate a contact form into your new site. It is also understood you would like the contact form to integrate with your CRM software “Sage ACT.” For us to achieve this, [company name] must buy “Sage E-marketing for ACT!” The CRM plugin will cost from $14.95 to $59.95 per month depending on the features your choose. Once you have purchased the plugin, we can then setup a contact form with approx 8 fields and embed Sage ACT code into your website.

N.B. Recurring monthly costs or Sage E-marketing for ACT are not covered in this proposal.
